The 105 Candlewyck Patio Homes have their own Board of Directors, dues, socials and bylaws. These homes still fall under the umbrella of the master HOA and are obligated to both HOA's dues payments and rules.
Candlewyck does allow a limited number of social memberships to our Foxglove, Providence Springs and Vizcaya neighbors. Click here for more information and to apply for a membership.
Our swim team located at the community pool in and competes in Division 3 of the Greater Charlotte Swim League. Team membership is open to the Candlewyck HOA and social members.
